On 22 September 2009, Hadley J. Chilton and John J. Greenwood of Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited were appointed as Joint Liquidators of Mount Capital Asset Subsidiary Limited pursuant to an Order of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court High Court of Justice British Virgin Islands.
